Nuestro apartamento está en el último piso del edificio, ocupando los dos pisos superiores. Subiendo las escaleras tendremos otra habitación cuádruple, baño, espacio gourmet con barbacoa privada, mesa de comedor, solarium para tomar el sol, amplio balcón con vista panorámica y una piscina exclusiva.
Un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para descansar después de un día de playa y también disfrutar de lo mejor del centro de Ubatuba en unos pocos pasos. Estamos listos para alojar hasta 10 personas, todas en las habitaciones.

Our apartment is on the top floor of the building and we accommodate up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite.
On the first floor we have the entrance, a living room with a balcony, a full kitchen, a suite with a balcony and a quadruple bedroom. Going up a few flights of stairs through the living room, we reach the upper floor where we offer another quadruple bedroom with bathroom.
The highlight of our duplex is on the top floor, which has a pool and sun loungers with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfect for resting after a day at the beach.
Our space is very quiet and well located. As we are in the center of Ubatuba, it is possible to do many things on foot. In the region there are several amenities such as restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets for all tastes.
The kitchen is complete and has all the appliances and utensils needed for your stay.
Our duplex is also equipped with WIFI, ideal for those looking to do a home office on the beach.
We provide a garage for one car, but there is the possibility of parking in the cul-de-sac next to the building.
